Wolves vs Man United

Man United are set to take on Wolves in Saturday’s late FA Cup tie.

To progress to this year’s quarter-final, Man United beat Reading 2-0 in the 3rd round, Arsenal 2-1 in the 4th round and Chelsea 2-0 in the 5th round.

Wolves had a slightly easier route to the last eight playing Shrewsbury and Bristol, although, they did have to get past Liverpool in the 3rd round.

Man United head into this game having lost just twice under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s leadership, the latest of which saw them lose 2-0 vs Arsenal.

United are expected to be without in-form goalscorer Romelu Lukaku for the Wolves tie due to an ankle problem.

“We know that Wolves are a great team. This season they have played great football and had some good results.

“They have good players — some of them I know because I played against them in the Portuguese league.

“We will have a very difficult test for us and we will be ready. They have some top class players like [Joao] Moutinho.

“I know him very well from Porto. For me, one of the best midfielders in the Premier League. Their results aren’t surprising because I know them well.”As quoted by ESPN.
