Tottenham’s Champions League hopes are still alive following Tuesday’s 2-1 win over PSV at Wembley.

Spurs fans were fearing the worst after PSV took the lead inside two minutes.

Luuk de Jong broke the deadlock with a header from a corner.

Kane levelled with a clinical left-footed striker in the 78th minute.

Kane won the match in the 89th minute with a header which deflected it’s way into the PSV net.

Will Erik Lamela be punished after the PSV match?

Tottenham’s Argentine midfielder is known for having a slightly spiky temperament.

In the recent league match against Man City, for example, Lamela got into a late confrontation with Benjamin Mendy.

Against PSV, Lamela was lucky to get away with an attack on PSV’s Pablo Rosario.

In the final stages of the game, Lamela chucked an elbow at Rosario.

The Spurs midfielder seemed to hit Rosario in the chest.

While the incident was caught on TV, the officials seemed to miss it.
