Will Mo Salah find form again?

Legendary Liverpool forward Robbie Fowler has backed Egyptian star Mohamed Salah to return to goalscoring form again soon.

The Reds forward has struggled to hit the standards he set last season after breaking almost every record he could.

The Egyptian has scored just 3 goals in 11 appearances and has spurned quite a few chances that he would have converted in the last campaign.

Now, Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler has backed the player to return to form soon.

“I think he’ll still score goals, I think he’ll still score a lot of goals”

He’s claimed that while Salah may not hit the heights he did last season, he will still score a lot of goals and be a danger in the Premier League.

“I’m not saying he’s having a bad year so far,” Fowler explained to Sky Sports News.

“He’s still a good player, he’s still an excellent player but to replicate what he did last year will be unbelievable, I think he’ll still score goals, I think he’ll still score a lot of goals.

“What I like about Mo Salah is that his work ethic is brilliant, he doesn’t shy away from anything. What I would be more worried about is if he wasn’t getting chances.

“He will bang the goals in. I’m not sure he’ll hit the heights he did last year but he is still a magnificent player. He will still be a danger throughout the Premier League [season].”

Liverpool and Manchester United eyeing January cut-price Aaron Ramsey bid

One player who could soon join Mohamed Salah at Liverpool is Aaron Ramsey.

That is because the player is set to leave Arsenal and has been linked with a move to Anfield.
