Bad for Chelsea: Barcelona eye N’Golo Kante

Chelsea could face a fight to keep hold of N’Golo Kante this summer, with Barcelona keen on the midfielder.

Kante is of course one of the best players in the Premier League, and someone who has been key to Chelsea’s success – and could even come back a World Cup winner.

Barcelona are now set to make a move for the midfielder – and that would rock the Blues even further, after a summer of uncertainty has left the fans and some of the players worried.

It’s not just Kante Chelsea risk losing either, with Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois both considering their futures at the club.

Chelsea are desperate to keep hold of their top players, and think that sacking Antonio Conte may help them do that, with Eden Hazard’s future their top priority now.

The Blues know they have to keep hold of Hazard – yet Real Madrid and Barcelona are set to come knocking after identifying the winger as a top target this summer.

In terms of Courtois, Chelsea are more relaxed, with Alisson Becker their back-up plan should their stopper leave.

However, in terms of Kante and Hazard, Chelsea know the duo are irreplaceable and will do everything in their power to keep them at the club and make sure they go into next season on the best possible terms – and do everything they can to help new boss Maurizio Sarri succeed.
