Blow for Chelsea: Hazard considering leaving over managerial chaos

Leaving

Chelsea could well lose their best player because of their managerial uncertainty – and it seems that they might even be facing a player revolt if they keep Antonio Conte.

Conte himself has refused to leave the club but saw his relationship with key players damaged after a bad season, with even Eden Hazard himself moaning about the tactics used.

Now, with Real Madrid looking to replace Cristiano Ronaldo, they could turn to Hazard, and former Arsenal midfielder Stewart Robson made that very clear.

The Express report Stewart Robson said: “There’s turmoil at Chelsea at the moment.

“Conte is the manager but probably won’t be for too much longer.

“They’re not sure who’s coming in, it could be Sarri.

“I think he needs to move.

“Eden Hazard will be leaving for a big, big club.”

Conte

Currently, Conte has been taking pre-season and doesn’t look like leaving Chelsea until he’s sacked and gets the payout he wants.

There are also a lack of top managerial jobs at the minute, with Conte realising his options are few and far between – and obviously seeing his reputation hit after a terrible season with the Blues that saw them only win the FA Cup yet miss out on the top four.

Maurizio Sarri is thought to be the name Chelsea want, and that will of course impact  the players they land this summer as well, with the new manager also having his own ideas about the players who he wants to keep and get rid of.
