Man United fans blast Jose Mourinho after Martial quit news
Jose Mourinho is coming in for a huge amount of abuse from Man United fans, who are fuming at the news Anthony Martial wants to leave the club.
The winger is a seriously popular player, and it seems that he’s fed up of seeing his career stall on the Man United bench – and wants out this summer.
His agent confirmed the news, and the player will be courting offers from other clubs, with Chelsea one of the sides thought to be keen on Martial – and a possible swap deal with Willian something that will no doubt be mooted in the next few weeks as yet another saga of the summer takes place.
For now, the fans are content with having a pop at their manager on social media, many of whom would rather see Mourinho leave than one of the players they think can go on and be one of the very best in the world given the right chances to impress and under the right manager.

Jose begging the fucking tree Fellaini to stay and letting Martial leave. Sums it all up really.

Let’s not dress it up. Martial wants to leave because of Mourinho and whatever anyone thinks about that. United selling a 22 year old with the potential to be a world beater is arguably one of the most un United things we’ve ever done. Mourinho basically has to win the league now

Martial’s agent says that Martial wants to leave. Gutted tbh. My favourite player at United. Don’t blame him if he wants to go. Every manager out there would love to have Martial in their side. Mourinho doesn’t realise how much of a talent he is. F*ck sake.

Anthony Martial will be another Kevin De Bruyne/ Mo Salah 3.0 for Mourinho. This is a massive mistake letting him go. Gutted.

Martial is a brilliant talent and a manager not gagging to leave him out after a bad half would’ve got more from him. But he doesn’t run in behind, waits for the ball standing still, and vanishes from games, so though I’d prefer he stayed at Utd, I’d swap him for a right-winger.

Martial situation isn’t a huge surprise but still disappointing however his lack of development isn’t all JM’s fault, it’s Martial’s also.

Honestly you can’t blame Martial for wanting to leave, he had about 10 goals and 10 assists then Mourinho brought in Alexis to bench him. This costed him the world cup, he deserves better.

One last time re Jose & Martial:
I do blame Jose for dropping Martial when he was playing so well for Alexis. I don’t agree with how Jose handled him. Martial is probably at some fault too but oh well.
I am genuinely gutted to see Martial go.

Jose vs Martial fan boys tonight then. Crikey.

People are actually defending José in forcing Anthony Martial, one of the best u23 talents in Europe, out.
Would sack him tonight & make him take his Chilean 30 year old mercenary with him. Called it from day one, should’ve signed Mahrez instead.

For what it’s worth, I do think Martial has bags of talent and would rather he stay. There’s an obvious discipline issue that shows in his half arsed approach (I know the fanboys will disagree), so it’s a tough one to call. Sanchez doing no better of course.
