Robert Covington Underwent Surgery on Finger Injury, Re-Evaluated in 2-3 Weeks

Philadelphia 76ers forward Robert Covington underwent surgery on his middle finger Thursday and will be re-evaluated in two to three weeks. 

Per the official announcement from the 76ers, the procedure was to repair the extensor tendon in Covington’s left middle finger. He originally suffered the injury during a Dec. 28 game against the Portland Trail Blazers
