Huddersfield Town vs Manchester United

The FA Cup is back this weekend, and one of the top matches is the all-Premier League clash between Huddersfield Town and Manchester United.

Of course, when the sides met earlier in the season in the Premier League, Huddersfield claimed their best result of the season.

David Wagner’s men beat Man United 2-1 on that occasion.

In a match Victor Lindelof must still be hoping to forget, Aaron Mooy and Laurent Depoitre were the heroes for the Terriers.

Will lightening strike twice for Huddersfield this weekend?

Bad news for Ander Herrera

Man United will head to Huddersfield after two bad results on the road.

Jose Mourinho’s men lost 2-0 away at Tottenham before they were beaten 1-0 away at Newcastle United last time out.

Against Newcastle, Spanish midfielder Ander Herrea missed the match through injury. And, according to Sun, Herrera is unlikely to be fit for the FA Cup tie:

Ander Herrera could be out for weeks.

The Manchester United midfielder is a huge doubt for Saturday’s FA Cup fifth-round tie at Huddersfield while he waits to see how his left-thigh injury responds to treatment.

For the record, 28-year-old Ander Herrera is out of contract at Old Trafford in 2019.

Man United fans will also be sweating over the fitness of Marcus Rashford before Huddersfield.

Rashford also missed the Man United game through injury, and he remains a doubt.

M0urinho is still without Marouane Fellaini and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, although Eric Bailly is targeting a return to action in the next few weeks.
