Amazing for Eric Bailly: Man United’s big boost before Huddersfield

Great news for Eric Bailly

For the second time in a couple of days, rumours have spilled out of Old Trafford regarding Eric Bailly.

Eric Bailly hasn’t been seen since the start of November, and his absence has undoubtedly been a blow for Jose Mourinho this season.

The Ivory Coast international has been sidelined with a groin injury and an ankle injury.

In the meantime, questions are being asked of Phil Jones and Chris Smalling, who were exposed in the 1-0 defeat at Newcastle.

Man United defender targets Sevilla

According to Spanish journalist Jose Alvarez Haya on Wednesday, Bailly is closing in on his Man United return.

It’s believed that Bailly could be training as normal with the Man United first team squad this week.

Moreover, the centre-half is aiming to return for the Sevilla match in the Champions League.

Manchester United return to Champions League action next Wednesday night in Spain.

Boost before Huddersfield Town

The FA Cup is back this weekend, and one of the top matches is the all-Premier League clash between Huddersfield Town and Manchester United.

Of course, when the sides met earlier in the season in the Premier League, Huddersfield claimed their best result of the season.

David Wagner’s men beat Man United 2-1 on that occasion.

In a match Victor Lindelof must still be hoping to forget, Aaron Mooy and Laurent Depoitre were the heroes for the Terriers.
