What about N’Golo Kante? Ban incoming & Leicester fans are furious

Chelsea 0 – Leicester 0

The Claudio Ranieri, Danny Drinkwater and N’Golo Kante derby ended in a draw.

Chelsea dropped two more points in the Premier League on Saturday as Leicester held them to a draw.

And Leicester could have easily won the match, especially after they put in a terrific first half performance at the Bridge.

In the end however Claude Puel’s side had to see out the match with just ten men.

Ben Chilwell vs Victor Moses

Leicester left-back Ben Chilwell was sent off in the 68th minute.

Chilwell picked up two bookings in five minutes as he was sent for an early bath.

The second booking came as the left back took out Victor Moses when sliding for the ball.

But should Chilwell really have been sent off? It seemed like an incredibly harsh decision on the defender as he didn’t seem to see Moses arriving on the scene behind his shoulder.

Chilwell is now set for a one match Premier League ban.

That means he’d miss the home match against Watford on January 20.

‘What about N’Golo Kante?’

Leicester fans were furious with the decision to send off Chilwell.

And they singled out Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante in return.

Kante committed repeated fouls against the Foxes but he only picked up one booking in the game.

Is there favouritism for Chelsea in the referee community? That’s what some Leicester fans felt.
